So… uh…. yesterdays workout went horrible, can you imagine?
Broke down after fifteen minutes (emotionally, but my legs/feet was giving me some trouble too which I guess just added to the horribleness of the whole thing).
Yesterday basically wasn’t a good day at all. Today it feels better. Usually how it goes huh?
Oh well, I’m gonna do some stuff today here at mum’s apartment, then go back to my brother’s place and work out there since my yoga mat -which I can’t live without anymore- is there.
*Inhale, exhale* again and again, and again. I can do this.
